I'm back from our long weekend away. I did pretty well about staying "in the Zone" most of the time, but yesterday was a bust! Because of letting my bgs get too low, I'm bloated a few pounds. I'm confident I'll drop it quickly, though
I also am doing the salting (about 1/2 teaspoon morning and afternoon) consistentely. That has really helped with my energy level. There have been a couple of times that I've been all headachy or generally feeling rotten and I've taken my salt and had a Zone snack and been right within 20 minutes :jump:
Like I said, I got seriously off the program yesterday, so I need to get back with it today. I'd better get some food into me though, cuz' I'm starting to feel the ghrelin kick in! :fork:
