I'm a fellow low-carber (though not a vegetarian) and also a freelance writer. I write success stories for a low-carb magazine, and am looking to interview a vegetarian (of any kind) doing any low-carb diet. You will need to be in maintenance and have lost more than 30 pounds, and have before and after photos.
