    Question Color of urine...

    Just curious if anyone knows...

Before I started drinking nothing but water, my urine was very yellow. But there were times when I would jump on the water wagon and drink alot of water too. The color would then go to a very light yellow or even clear.

Now, I drink nothing but water, and my urine is yellow once again.

Could it be that the fat I am urinating out, is making my urine the color that it is??? I haven't done the ketostix to see if they are colored when the urine is very yellow.

    Any comments are appreciated!

(Geesh, sorry I said urine so many times...but there was no other way to put it)

ARe you taking a multivitamin? or several vitamins--I find that mine is more yellow when I take my vitamins and yeah--I think the fat has some bio products in the urine as it is burnt too...but I can't prove that. I noticed that when I first started this WOE too.

Certain foods you eat, the supplements you take and if you hold your water and wait to go to the restroom, all plays a part in the color of your urine.

Wow, Heather you go girl with that water, youve really come a long way. Im so proud of you and happy for you.

Thanks Celest! I think I have come a long way too, and am very proud of it!!! (With role models like you to look up)!!!When I say, "I'll just have ice water", at dinner, I feel so...satisified. The soda habit is long gone!

Lol, Goddess, yeah, I think about my tinkle...I try to be very aware of what my body goes through, because I feel like I am taking so much better care of it, and I like to see the differences within. Did that just make sense to anyone other than me?

Thanks everyone for your reponses! And happy low carbing!
