 Inches, Inches, Inches!!!!!!!!! Thought I would share my great news! I started Atkins on 7/1. I didn't take my measurements until 7/21. I pretty much lost 11 pounds on induction and haven't lost a pound since. I was starting to feel a bit frustrated again, but not giving up mind you, so I got out my measuring tape. Low and behold I have lost 9 inches total since 7/21! My waist hasn't budged yet, but give it time...LOL. I'm sure my stomach will be the last to go since it was the first to arrive! OK, that's my happy news for today! Kellie
