| well, i'm certainly no doctor! and i don't play one on tv. but personally, i've found that exercise causes ketostix to turn deep purple for me. i actually don't use the sticks much anymore because i was just looking for some reassurance in the beginning. i'm more comfortable now with how things work and know when i'm hitting the zone from experience.... for me, the sticks are more of a sideline issue. people can lose weight just fine and never register on the sticks or register but not be dropping weight. |

| I don't use the sticks anymore either. And yes, I agree with Rob, you can register a positive on the sticks if you are eating a lot of fat. Or at least that's what I've read and heard too. BTW, I watched an interesting Oprah last night. I have a post in "Everything Else" forum about it, check it out. Bottom line........................drink GREEN TEA!!!!!!!!
