| Heavy cream is an ok induction food, but it should be limited to 3 oz per day. The good news is, that's measured as a liquid. When you whip it , it will increase significantly in volume. Yum, yum.

| I use heavy whipping cream a lot. I need to drop down on the amount 'cuz I'm not losing much these days. I use half and half in my decaf coffee. It's a lot lower in fat than heavy cream. (and stays blended in my coffee better anyway.) Just watch how much you use per day, but you don't have to cut it out completely. If you stall and you are using a lot, that MIGHT be the culprit.

| One thing I noticed when i first started this woe was any week that I consumed heavy cream, cream cheese or other calorically dense foods resulted in a lower or no weight loss. It's usually dairy foods that do this. But like Barb I can use half and half in my coffee. It's definitely a YMMV thing. lately I've been using Carb Countdown milk but it does lack that certain something that cream or 1/2 and 1/2 has. |
