| Re: been a long time thanks andrea. Low carb is doing well for me. Rob, I was in beckley, WV last time. I moved to NC recently. I am currently going through a divorce and had to move out of state. I'm still in maintenance. I do occasionally cheat, but haven't in a while. I use to have a bad problem with sweets, since I moved out I have not had that problem anymore. Must've been stress. I am doing well now. Love the low carb lifestyle. |
