celery sticks with cream cheese, cauliflower bits w/ranch, brocolli bits,
just about any kind of cold, snappy veggie will get you through in my opinion.

Or cream cheese with splenda works for some people if you need a sweet.

or spread your meals out more - I eat 5-6 smaller meals through the day instead of 3 main ones.

celery with cream cheese, meat and cheese rollups, hard boiled eggs, tuna or egg salad mixed up and waiting in the fridge when you "just need a bite", dip cut up veggies in ranch, lots more!

Also, those snack attacks will abate . . . guaranteed! Click on the Recipe tab at the top of the page then click on Snacks and Appetizers. Good luck. I think we have all "been there, done that."

More, per request:

boiled eggs
egg salad (made with mayo...NOT Miracle Whip)
sardines
vienna sausages (in moderation...about once per week)
Slim Jims (in moderation...about once per week)
walnuts (lots of fat and calories, so take it EASY)
sunflower seeds
sunflower kernels
sugar-free gelatin
pork rinds dipped in sour cream (don't knock it 'til you try it!)
low carb wrap (wheat gluten), spread with melted butter, splenda, and cincinnamon, rolled up and nuked for 15 seconds
low carb wrap spread with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter, with or without cincinnamon, rolled up and nuked for 15 seconds

AND......this is a guaranteed way for ME to stop sweet cravings....this is a variation of peanut butter-mustard-and-onion sandwiches...
low carb wrap spread with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter, squeeze on yellow mustard, then a slice or two of onion. Wrap it up and enjoy. I guarantee it is delicious, AND, you won't want anything else sweet after eating it. Good protein, too.

More?

Grape Tomatos has become my snack of choice. If they put them in individual wrapers I think they would out sell the junk food. ;-)

I was a terrible snacker. Lots of yummies all day. My first week about killed me but after that week it got much better.

After the first couple weeks if I was just dying I would have a spoon full of peanut butter and it felt like such a treat.
