Even if you are a newbie here, I'm sure you have found some success with LCE as well as this site, so if you could take a few minutes and visit the Ongoing Weight Loss FOrum and add in your "poundage loss" to the total under the topic "LCE's total weight loss" it would be much appreciated! We are trying to reach 2 tons lost by christmas as a group!
