great induction dish

Talking great induction dish

hey guys!
I just improvised an awesome dish...I was starving!!!
I used 2 cans of tuna, some cajun seasoning and melted it with a slice of provolone on top!!!
Simple but delicious! Especially if you like spicy stuff! Try it out!!!

I'll have to try that one. I usually resort to tuna cans when I don't feel like cooking, but I usually just mix two tuna cans (white chunk) with a tablespooon or two of mayo and some seasoning. Zero carbs, healthy (relatively) and very filling. So, I think provalone will work well for me. :-)))

I mix up tuna salad with mayo and dump it on top of shreadded lettuce cucumber and tomato for kind of a breadless sub..Yum!!

I mix up tuna with mayo then just put it on a slice of cheese and eat it that way, using the cheese in place of the bread.
