Day 1 down. on to day 2, today I'm gonna concentrate on water, have'nt done THAT in ages.....man, I fell off the wagon HARD, OK onward and upward, time for some eggs. All newbies and restarters....lets do it, here's to a cheat free day (toast with water bottle)

Yes, EVEN I sometimes have to *force* the water -- if I've gotten out of the habit of drinking it regularly. But how quickly our bodies remember! Before the end of the week, I'll be CRAVING it again.

The water thing is gonna be easier than I thought, maybe this horse isn't gonna be so tough to get back on?I got a nasty craving this morning, but stamped it out with some boiled ham and lettuce rolled up and ...of course water.

Yep, and when you need a little flavor go for the green tea for an antioxidant/metabolism boost!!
I'm pushing the water again too!! 100oz per day is my goal.
