| Just make wise choices when you dine out and you will be ok. choose the salads and steaks and grilled fish or baked chicken and the steam veggies. Just stay away from all the bread and sweets.... |

| Here are my 3 favorite places and dishes to order. (these made my loss possible) 1. Outback - Strip Steak with only carrots and broccolli...house salad with only lettuse and cheese and a little ranch on the side. Obviously no bread or potatoes. 2. BD's Mongolian BBQ - Any meat with broccolli and cheese. 3. Any wing place - usually try to hit up all you can eat nights or 15 cent wing nights or something light. Just make sure you only get hot sauces...nothing sweet.

| Buffet places are good for me. I just have to limit myself to 3 trips with the first trip to the salad bar. Then a plate filled with chicken and fish and whichever veggies are high fiber. Third trip is usually a smaller amount of the items I enjoyed most. |
