| Well the time has come, I think im gonna try reinduction for a week to try and rattle this 6 week plateau. I have a question though, dont want to purchase another DANDR, hoping to get one of the loaned ones back. But after one week is over, do I slowly add the carbs back in 5 increments, have never figured out my CCCL. Started varying up days after i got to about 50 a day, but was still losing at 50. Or do i just back to varying or just jump to 50 for a week or so and then start varying. This will be my first reinduction so not sure how thats gonna work as well, lol.

| Go back up gradually and see if you can find the number in which you stop losing...it has helped me to know what it is, even though it is pretty high or was when I was keep ing close track last spring...over 60 anyway!

| Good luck Celest!!!!!!! Keep us posted on your progress. Ya, just add back 5 carbs per week after the induction level of 20.
