I looked at the can of Campbells, and it contains too much carbs. Does anyone know of a Brand of soup that they would sell at a regular supermarket that is low carb?

I want to know thi same thing to. I love soups but campbells is so high in carbs.
please if anyone knows where we can get low carb soup let us know where ok.
Maybe if you want and have a low carb soup recipe you can share with us all here, i love tomato and cream of broccoli and mushroom soups myself.
also would love a good vegetable soup recipe to.
You can make up some homemade with fresh mushrooms, butter, and cream or half and half. You can get awfully close to the canned stuff and it's much, much better!

What I like to do when I make my own cream of mush. soup is to pulverize some of the mushrooms with my stick blender. It adds a nice mushroomy flavor!!!!!

i make mine homemade too, then you can controle the consistancey of mushrooms if ya want big chungs you get big chunks if u dont you dont... i reduce some beef stock w/ my mushrooms till there is hardly any broth left.. then i add my heavy cream.. and some times i toss in some cream cheese when i want it thicker.. makeing things home made yo controle everything... how much sodium is in things and everything!

carb options has out a dry mushroom sauce.. its not a soup.. but I tried it, and it works well in a lot of recipes.. found mine at Big lots.

I'm waiting for Progresso and Campbell's to come out with their versions. Progresso has a good line of soups out and my FAVE is their Chicken/Cheese Enchilada.......YUMMY. It's called Carb Monitor. (But homemade is always better and cheaper!!!)
