Question carb counts

Hello everyone! It's me with another question. I have been using the carb counter thing on this site, and i've noticed that sometimes it says "carbohydrates, by difference". Does that mean that fiber has already been subtracted? I am a bit confused by this. i would appreciate any help anyone has to offer! BTW, my first week has just finished on the 7th, and so far 4 lbs gone! I am so excited by this!! (I'm doing the "happy dance of Low Carb Joy!") LOL Anyways, thanks ya'll. Love, the elf.

No. It's a description of how the USDA measures carbohydrates in food. You'll still need to subtract the fiber yourself.

Great work on you first week!

Elf, my favorite carb counting site is www.carb-counter.org. It's quite simple and yet detailed.
