Default Sugar free syrup

Hello again everyone! Every time I turn around I'm on this site, reading journals, posts, info, following links to other interresting sites! Way leads on to Way! I was reading somewhere here about the sugar free syrups. I'm always on the lookout for new foods/items i can spice up my menu with, applying those that are induction friendly, and storing in my brain those that sound good to try later on. What I was wondering is....what are the various ways to use the s/f l/c syrups? I don't drink coffee, but does anyone add them to soda or teas? If anyone's familiar with these, or has and idea for them, I would love to hear about it! Thanks, ya'll! Love, elf

One of my favorite ways to enjoy s.f. syrups (I use DaVinci) is in a glass of seltzer with a splash of cream.

I don't like sweetener in my coffee, so I use fruit-flavored syrups to sweeten and give a flavor punch to iced tea. Raspberry, lime or peach are all good. They're good in hot tea, too.
If you have a T.J. Maxx in your area, Elf, check there for DaVinci syrups. I buy mine there for 5.99 a bottle, and they have a pretty decent selection of basic flavors. For other flavors, Netrition.com is a good source; they charge a flat fee for shipping, and I always get my order promptly.

I like s/f syrup in my hot green tea. For some reason, I don't care for it in my iced green tea. I dunno why.

I bought coconut s/f syrup on a whim and it's turned out to be a favorite. Whip up a little heavy cream, add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, two packages of Splenda, a tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut and a capful of coconut s/f syrup and you've got something akin to an Almond Joy pudding.

I like to mix softened cream cheese with raspberry s/f syrup then top with some mashed raspberries mixed with Splenda.

I got Davinic (which is my favorite) at Netrition.com but they are $7.99 a bottle. The last time I bought syrups, I was at a World Cost Plus (or is that Cost Plus World?) and bought a bunch of Torani syrups for $5.99. I heard they sometimes go on sale for cheaper, but since I'm not in that city I don't get the sale fliers.

If you have a Cash and Carry store handy, they have a very wide variety flavors of Torani and Da Vinci Splenda sweetened syrups. The price is under $4 - I think it's around $3.50, though I don't remember the exact price.
