| Just 'cuz it's not in the book, doesn't mean you can't eat it. Chicken wings are the same as any other part of the chicken. The hot sauce doesn't have any carbs, so have FUN with it!!! Congrats on the 9 lbs gone!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! DJ, I believe I read it in Dr. Nicholas Perricone's book that spicey foods help increase thermogenisis in the body. I'll try to do a search on the subject when I get some time. I will probably search on "cayenne + weightloss"

| I'm planning on wings tonight. Qualker Steak and Lube. Yummers. I just stick to the medium though. They have about 15 flavors, and some of them can kill me.
