Hi guys, I wanted to thank you all for your support. Im going on week 2 of induction and all seem well. I feel great and am starting to believe again. Im not posting much but I am reading posts, copying recipes,looking at success pictures and reading the stories. I have started reading the Atkins guide again. Please help me pass this week also, thanks you guys again.

Hartensia, hi! Have you thought about starting your own journal? Alot of us here have one. You can write whatever you want in there (within reason) and I think it can help alot. You may want to post your menu there or just talk out how it's going.
