| hey Alcmene, Today I started, to be honest I left my scales at home at the beginning of term (by accident), but I have been hovering at 154/153 for a good 5months, I'm 5ft7in, and my body feels like its purely made up of fat at the moment. I have suffered from eating disorders in the past and then became a bloody compulsive eater, I've got that under a reasonable amount of control now and have lost 24lbs already on just a more normal calorie intake and exercise, I'm just hoping my emotions don't get hold of me too much so I don't fall off the wagon, I want my old body back in time for August, can I lose 23lbs in two and a bit months? or is that too ambitious and totally unrealistic? Any way I MUST revise, I got last exam before the hols on MOnday and I've done bugger all for it so far, oops! xgx |

| Cool we have similar stats and goals, although you are taller than me. Good luck in your exams. Remember to breathe, don't be late, and read each question CAREFULLY. Also, don't leave early. Can you tell what I do for a living?
