Red face back again

Well it has been awhile I thought I would try weightwatchers, but to no success, I have been doing low carb for tha last 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I started with atkins induction lasted about a week and half on it, not full 2 weeks. Since then I have just been really watching my carb intake. What is different about this time is, that I am not going to refuse myself anything but notice that I am taking a good hard look at what goes in my mouth. I find that most times I do make the right choice. But if I slip up I will go on, be more careful. Hopefully this is the strategy for me.

Welcome back, Christina. A 10 pound loss in 3 weeks is good. I just recently bumped up a thread called "Need Encouragement?". There's a poem in there that is really inspiring, so if you get to feeling like you can't do this, read that. It sounds like you are off to a good start, though.

Allowing yourself different foods may help you to find out what you can "get away with" and what you can't. It may also keep you out of ketosis, but there's no better way to find out than trying it. Keep us posted on your progress!
