| Hi. I am new to the board, but not lowcarb. In fact, I have been lowcarb 6 years, earlier this month.. So maybe I don't belong in this forum, except that most seem to be doing intros here.. I follow protein power. lost 50 pounds in 7 month, and have been in "maint" ever since... I use the double quotes around maint as I am up 25 pounds since. I have been weight training off and on during my "maint" and essentially maintained my clothing size and body fat % during that time. anyway.. hello.. checkin this place out. |

| Nice to have you here. I was thinking about having a separate "intro" forum, separate from Newbie's I mean, since - like you - many folks aren't new to low carb.... |

| Welcome Woe. That's very good that you can maintain body fat% while gaining 25 pounds (of muscle obviously). |
