Default Hi I'm new to this forum!!

hi all! i am married (nearly 10 years now) and have one child.

i did this low carbing thing a couple of years ago, before i had my dd (who is now 2), and i just got back into it. the main reason is we are ttc another child and i have a condition called pcos or polycystic ovarian syndrome, and low carbing helps to reduce my insulin level and lose more weight...

i want to look better and feel better. but we want to continue our ttc efforts while doing this. will just have to eat differently while pg! dr. gave us the okay...

anyway, that is just a brief intro...looking forward to meeting all of you, oh and one last ?...

how do i put a custom signature on here? i have blinkies and stuff i would like to use! tia,

toni-

welcome! sounds like your getting off to a good start and know what you're doing, since you've done this before. you may want to review your book to help refresh your memory: always a good idea.

to do your sig, click user cp at at the topish, left of the forums, then there is an "edit signature" option in the top left of your menu options when you're in the user control panel.

i'm not too well versed on pcos, but i know there are others here who use low-carb to control it, among other things.

glad to meet you!

oh i forgot to mention lol, i am using a treadmill mostly to do my walking, but i like to walk outside at our local park...it's very pretty there and there are a lot of ups and downs there to walk over, so you get a pretty good work out too.

Welcome, Toni!

I've got a nearly two year old myself (his picture is my avatar). Good luck with TTC the second. Glad your doctor is on board with your way of eating. That's always helpful.

Welcome Toni!!!!

May I suggest you play around with your User CP link. It's YOUR place to put stuff, so snoop around and try stuff out. Images require image tags, one at the beginning [img] and one at the end [/img]........like so but without any spaces between the tags and the code.
