Welcome, Caro.

Induction should not change the color of your urine. Are you drinking enough water? Urine can get darker if it is concentrated. If that's the problem, then you certainly need to increase your water consumption. Other things that can change the color of your urine are various vitamin supplements. In that case, however, it doesn't usually make the urine darker, it makes it a sort of neon-flourescent yellow.

A bad bladder infection can darken urine; but you'd have other symptoms that are far more noticable if that was the case.

Waiting too long to potty will also make it darker, but if youre drinking your right amount of water you really cant hold it very long, at least I know I can't, lol.

sometimes different veggies can cause it to be a different color...but it should not last long...not drinking your water would be the most likely culprit for making it darker...vitamins often make it bright yellow for a short time after they process into the body...but not long...maybe 4-5 hours tops. If it continues have your doctor run some tests...that is not normal!

Ditto on drinking more water. I notice darker urine when I have not had enough water. When I am right on with my water there is barely any color to it for most of the day.

Do you feel the need to go often and just a little with this darker color? If so I would see your doctor. A bladder infection may be the culprit.

Speaking of water intake, what do u think, how many litars(please, i always confuse when u folks talk about "ozs" i am more used to kilograms and litars) of water should be taken daily? I try to drink 3 litars, sometimes more, since i noticed i do lose weight much faster that way. Thanks ahead!

86 kg is 189 lbs. Therefore, your 3 liters (96 ounces) sounds just about right.

I drink between 3 and 4...liters that is...which is right at a gallon of water...or between 100 and 128 ounces. 3 is a good number...2 liters is about half a gallon which is of course 64 oz and the minimum recommended amount to drink in a day. what is your goal weight...DUH--I figured it out...sorry I was reading KG and thinking pounds.
