| Calcium tablets are okay for induction. There are vegetables that are high in calcium, too: spinach, mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, Chinese cabbage, okra, brocolli. Baking powder is very high in calcium and so is whey protein isolate. Here's a quickie recipe for a small flaxseed cake: Flaxseed/Whey Protein Mini Cake 2 servings: 2 TBS flaxseed meal 2 TBS Designer Whey Protein (or similar whey protein isolate) 1 TBS butter 1 egg 1 TBS of sugarfree Da Vinci syrup or water 1 - 2 packets of Splenda (sweeten to taste) 1/2 tsp baking powder Melt butter in a microwave-proof bowl. Add flaxseed meal, protein powder, egg, baking powder, and sugarfree Da Vinci syrup (or sweeten to taste w/Splenda packets). Microwave on high for 1 minute or until center is set. 143 Calories 11 g fat 4 g carbohydrate - minus 2 g fiber = 2 net carbs) 9 g protein 154 mg calcium
