19 kg is about 42 pounds for those metrically impaired among us (most Americans sadly). That does seem rather a fast loss for about 11 weeks. That's nearly 4 pounds a week. How many carbs are you allowing yourself at this stage? You might consider upping your carb consumption of fresh vegies to slow down a bit. I've known a few people on this forum who've lost at a rapid rate and I've noticed most of them after about 6 months couldn't lose any more weight for a very long time. The decision is yours though.

Wow!!! That is a LOT of weight loss!

Well, I agree with Rob... the decision is yours.
If you are fine with the rate of loss, and you are getting enough carbs/veggies, then the choice is yours.
Boy, do I wish I had your problem!!!
Congrats on your fabulous progress,

Ivana, how much are you eating daily in total calories? Are you keeping a food dairy? Some people, especially men, have a faster metabolism that allows them to lose weight at an amazingly fast rate, while remaining healthy.

Eating veggies is great, but it really pays in the long run to keep your total calories high enough that your body is not metaboliizing your muscle tissue for food. When we eat low carbohydrate foods, we have to balance that by adding higher protein and higher fat foods to our menus.

If a low carb diet is also very low in protein and fat, it could create future health problems.

If you are not already using a computer food tracker, it might be a good idea to start using one. These are comuter programs that keep track of your food intake and show whether or not you are getting enough or too much of many nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. There is a free online food tracker you can use at www.Fitday.com. Or, you could download the free trial version of DietPower (www.DietPower.com). DietPower is faster at because it is installed locally. I think I read that Fitday also has a locally installed program available now.

Teelbee has a wonderful suggestion! And I didn't even think about your total calorie intake (answered when I was too tired, I guess).
Would you mind posting a couple of days' menus for us to look at? It would give us a better idea whether this is something *normal* for you, or if there is something missing...
Thanks,
Summer

Thanks guys for all ur answers, it really means alot to me. Well, first to say that i wouldnt mind to stop losing after six months, since i would be UNDERweight if i continued losing weight after that.I do have diet power but i dont use it since i confuse with "ozs" and also it doesnt have some very common foods from here but has lots i dont eat, but i ll see fitday (i also have list of foods that we use almost memorized in calories complitely, and i eat around 1500 to 2000 a day, )
Well, conserning my menu, for example for today i ate:
400 grms of chiken
tomato cucumber salad
100 grms of tuna fish in tomato sauce
3 cups of green salad(maybe more)
100 grms of prsta (i have no idea hows in english, but it is very high quality dry pork without any perservatives and carbs).
i dont think i ll anything more today cuz its terribly hot out here-30celsius.
Yestrday i had large burger (500grma) with feta cheeze, salad(2 cups), greens( 3 cups), also some soup, 3 zukinis (around 300 grms)..i was REALLY full..so what do u think?

It looks to me as though your menu is just fine - lots of good vegetables and good quality protein. Keep eating and drinking well and enjoy your rapid rate of weight loss.

You could introduce some new foods to add variety and additional nutrients: eggs, cheese, flaxseed meal, nuts and nut flours, strawberries, cream, or keifer. That's a good idea because it makes it more likely that you will be happy with the food choices and stay with low carb eating for a life time. If the choice of foods is too restrictive, it can make it difficult to maintain your weight loss in the long term.

I do not know if you are following a specific plan, but most of the popular low carb diets recommended adding new foods one or two at a time to see how they affect your weight loss. When you add a food, for example, strawberries, take time to notice how it affects you as an individual. If, after a week or two trial, you find the new food does not stop weight loss or cause cravings, then it can be a great addition to your menus.
