 was here about 2 years ago Hi everyone I am here to go for this one more time. I did atkins about 2 years ago and fell off the wagon like they say.. i had lost about 25 pounds was about 10lbs from m goal weight and BAM! fell off I know i gained back some but don't want to know how much lol..but anyway I am here b/c I know you guys are a great support group and there is so much on this site to help me and I know I will make friends here so we can help eachother on this journey...So right now it is as if I am learning to walk again and I need that help... sooo just wanted to introduce myself again
