 New to the board! Hi I am new to this board, my name is Laura and I have been low carbing for about 3 years on and off because I have had 2 children in that time LOL I started back in low carbing in Aug of last year after my last ds was born and I have lost 45 pounds but have about 70 more to go! I have been a on again of again all this year and need to get back into the losing and stay at it! I walk with another lc buddy 3 days a week we walk about 3 miles. I can't wait to get to know everyone!  |
