| I have not tried that software, but I do find a recipe anaylsis program to be invaluable. I use DietPower; it's main function is to track foods consumed, exercise, and weight. It gives you a running breakout of how many carbs and other nutrients were consumed for the day, week, month, etc., and charts your weight loss. It also has quite a nice recipe function. You input the ingredients and number of servings and the program provides a complete nutritional analysis per serving. You can choose categories for the recipe to make sorting and retrieval easier. The program also prints out the recipe in recipe card format, if desired. However, unless there is a new feature in a more recent version than I use, you cannot print all recipes at once, i.e., in a book format. There's a free 15 to 30 day trial, if you want to test drive the program: www.dietpower.com (after 15 days is up, ask for 15 more - automatically granted).
