Default YAY first goal reached on time

Hey

Kist got off the scales,

Goal, below 170kg at the end of the week

Result: todays wight 169.8

Fantastic, I got off to a slow start but a few days on the bike changed all that, it seems as to if I do not excercise I loose about 1.4 kg / week but I can easily double that with excercise, it is just fantastic.

I started off at 402.6 punds
I have lost 29.04 pounds in less than three weeks.
Current weight 373 pounds

People who say this way of eating is not working are going to have a really hard time convincing me.

next goal, 165 by next friday

rgds

Matt

WAY TO GO, MATT!!!

Congrats on making your first goal. This seems to be a great fit for you so you tell those naysayers that you are getting healthy and they can take a leap.

You're doing fantastic.
