| I'm plannin on working out soon, & in order to build muscle it takes alot of calories. I want to avoid weight gainers & calorie shakes if I can... as they are unheathly. Anyone know a good way to get alot of calories healthy. I know I could just eat more healthy foods.... but I don't have time to eat meals for hrs & hrs & thats what it would take eating veggies & such. |
