Hello all! It's been forever since I've dropped in for a visit. I don't know how many of you will remember me, since so many have come and gone since I was here last. Anyway, about my progress.. Been on Atkins since June, 04. Had some ups and downs in that time. Went as long as 5 days off plan at a time once. Gained back 20 pounds, then jumped right back on plan. I've done fairly well in a little over a year. I could have done alot better had I not cheated. I've lost a total of 80 pounds since the beginning. I am currently on plan full force and plan to stay on. I hope you all are doing well in your weight loss journeys. I wish you strength to resist temptations, and lots of luck in sticking with it for the long haul. I'll drop back in every now and then to say hi and update on progress. I don't have time anymore for spending much time in these forums, or even online. With 3 kids, a husband, and a full time job, there just isn't enough time in the day for everything.
