| What is a good Multi Vitamin for men? Something that isnt going to break the bank. I don't take any vitamins now, and I used to take Centrum Performance, but I didnt feel any different from them. So I stopped taking them. thanks, Scott |

| My husband and I both just take 1 multivitamin each morning (along with our other supplements). The kind we take is just your run-of-the-mill generic multivitamin. We buy them at Kroger's or Sam's Club -- whichever is cheaper -- and it simply touts itself as a "Multivitamin". We also take Vitamin E, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, and a few other supplements. We try, however, to eat a lot of vegetables each day and glean vital nutrients from what we eat. The supplements are just that -- supplements to our way of eating. It's always best to get as many nutrients from eating healthy, and then supplement what you can't get from food (potassium and calcium -- especially if you're low carbing) with supplements. My two cents.....
