 blood sugar and ketosis ? how could my blood sugar be so high when i'm in ketosis? i tested my urine that morning and it was in the 40 range. maybe i'm just not understanding all this?

 Re: blood sugar and ketosis ? My suggestion would be to sit down for a talk with your dr. ASAP. You need further testing. If you are spilling ketones in your urine AND have a high fasting blood sugar, this could be a serious problem called ketoacidosis.
