| It's finally starting to make sense for me. Once I quit the bars and shakes I felt cleaner. I don't even miss coffee. For breakfast I have 2% cottage cheese, lunch is lots of romaine lettuce, snow peas, turkey, and one oz of cheddar cheese. My afternoon snack is the same, vegetables, protein, and a little cheese. Dinner is either chicken or beef and if I am hungry, more cottage cheese. It feels easy and comfortable for me. I drink lots of water and exercise every day. It's amazing. |

| Sounds okay. Don't skimp on the veggies--and try for as much colorful variety as you can. Also remember that hunger is best satisfied by adding some fat, so use a little butter on the veggies, regular salad dressings, some cream here and there. Regular cottage cheese actually has fewer carbs than the lower-fat kind according to the chart I have at hand. "easy and comfortable" is good. Variety is even better! Enjoy. |
