    Default Best sites to track progress/food/exercise?

    I've been using fitday for the past week but I've found that their stats for exercise are inaccurate, other than that I really like it, has everything I am looking for but I want it to be accurate :-(

    Any suggestions are appreciated!

    You can download a free trial for 15 days. If you want to buy it, it's $60.00.

    I am not sure how accurate the exercise portion of it is, but I like the recipe and quick food sections.

    It is also very simple to use.

    I have noticed that fitday's exercise numbers are far lower than any other website for exsercise. Heres a Link to another activity calculator.

    And the "Sex: moderate effort" HAHAHA!! so funny. (I don't know why but the whole "moderate effort" just tickles me).

    Thanks for your suggestion Alida, but anything available for diets and downloads are typically for a PC and I am on a Mac so it probably won't work for me :-(
