I love the multigrain - so won't be much help.
I like Brownberry carb counting.
this is from a person who didn't like wheat 2 years ago.

Sara lee has a carb delight line, white and whole wheat, also hot dog buns and hamburger buns... they run between 2.25 and 270 per loaf, package.

Natures own has a lc bread that is pretty tasty - whole wheat, not multi grain.. same price range...

I tend to eat too much of the bread, so I try not to eat it much.

If you keep at it, you may just love the whole or multi grain breads. I hated it 2yrs ago as well, now wont eat anything else. but i get my bread from the breadstore, they usually have about 2-3 days before the expiration date on it and they sell them for less than half of what the grocery store sells them for , i get 2 loaves for 1.89 and i freeze them to retain the freshness thats left and use as i need.

oh i use Natures Own double fiber bread. they are 10g total carbs per slice and 5g of fiber which makes it 5g of net carbs per slice and only 40 calories per slice.

Healthy Life isn't too bad and I also use Sara Lee Delightful. We use the whole wheat which has approx. 6-7 net carbs.
