Hello!!
I was on induction for several months, lost almost 40 lbs but then became very bored with the limited choices and have regained a few of the pounds because I'm having a hard time staying on induction...
My question is, what is a good number of carbs to consume but still lose weight and to still remain in the low carb lifestyle?

I am getting kinda bored too and have found myself "cheating". I find myself saying yes in sitiuations where I used to be able to say no. (like the pizza my kids ordered last night!)
