Default Please tell me Crystal Lite is ok?!!??

Hi All!!! I'm a newbie to this site!!
I am back on Atkins for the new year. Last time I was on it I lost 18 lbs. in 6 weeks and drank Crystal Lite like it was going out of style. Now I hear it's not good on induction. Can someone clear this up for me???
Thanks!!

Crystal Light still has carbs from the bulking agent that they use. I could only find the iced tea flavor on Fitday... and 1 serving has .5 carbs (you would need to check the container for the serving size, but I believe it is 8 ounces.)

Something that I do once in awhile is to buy the flavoried DaVinci syrups, and use them to flavor water. The raspberry is especially good, and since it is made with liquid Splenda, it has no carbs at all.

If you're losing weight and feeling all right, just count the carbs and drink what you like. HOWEVER....

There's no good substitute for clear, pure, healthy, FREE water.

Like most bottled sweet drinks, I believe Crystal Lite contains citric acid. That stuff will rot your teeth faster than sugar. Just one more little thing to worry about, eh?

I'll use a little of the powdered CL when I just have to have some taste to my water.
but a lot less than is usually in there. Just a sprinkle for flavor.

but, this time, I'm going for pure water.
