| Re: I min muffin question so, adding the amount of carbs for the egg.. the flax.. the WHATEVER you add in such as: syrups cream cheese cheddar cheese sausage bacon carbquik raspberries blueberries cranberries nuts sunflower seeds peanut butter (LC) what EVER you put in it.. it all has to be accounted for in YOUR personal muffin... its still worth it tho..  |
