Default Question about challenges

Do I have to be out of induction to join one? Do I just pick one and join it, or do I have to be invited? And can I join one that's already started (but recently), or do I need to pick a new one?

Ok, that's enough questions at one time, I think! :P

Hi Robin,
I'm pretty new here too, also in induction, and I have jumped into two challenges that have been going on for awhile, but still going, and was welcomed with opened arms in both. So I'm sure you can just jump in.
Good luck!

Yep, just jump right on in, Robin. If you wanna know what the challenge is all about, ask the person who started it.

But, by all means -- just jump right in with both feet and join!

Robin, challenges are for everyone and even though they frequently have start and finish dates - they are always open for anyone! I have found over time that I am MUCH BETTER at sticking to plan if I have to track my numbers or report to my colleagues and low carb friends here what I have eaten or if I have exercised or <<Blush Blush>> "not" exercised

Challenges can be excellent motivators, and also good learning experiences - I learned about the benefits of drinking green tea every day from a challenge on these boards and now I drink it all the time (and love it!)

Good luck and have fun!!
