It's my third day on induction. I have a really bad headache right now and blurred vision, it's really hard to concentrate..

I read something about this in the DANDR. It's just the "induction flu", right? I can't go to work feeling like this, is there anything I can take to relieve the symptoms?

I'm sorry to say, yes, you are experiencing the good ole *induction headache*.
Increase your water as it helps to dilute the toxins you are purging out during induction. And, I took a couple of ES Tylenol when I had my induction headache, and it helped as I recall.
You should feel much improved by the 4th or 5th day...just hang in there...and keep your water intake up...eight 8oz glasses at the very least.

sorry to hear you're not feeling well, kat. i got headache, but not so bad as to have blurred vision. yeow!

but the good news is that if you're on day three, you're well on your way to leaving that behind, and if you've been having these kinds of symptoms, it means that you really needed to cut out the sugar for sure.
