"Low Carb Newbies" at Low Carb Diet Support: "PQ after all of these years would like to post a picture, however it is saying when I upload that my format is wrong? I have my pic saved in "my pictures" to go to ...."

Question posting a pic-SOS
PQ after all of these years would like to post a picture, however it is saying when I upload that my format is wrong? I have my pic saved in "my pictures" to go to the broaser and select the pic and I am clueless now what to do?

I'll email instructions to you of how to post pictures, along with the picture I saved as a jpg, so that you can upload pictures to wherever you'd like on this site.
