Default I am so happy with this woe

I am eating aprox 30 to 35 grams of Carbs a day and aprox 1100 to 1200 calories. I started using FitDay to track what I am eating. So far the results have been good and I feel satisfied with what I eat.

Thumbs up Re: I am so happy with this woe

So wonderful to hear! :jumpgreen
What ever works for you and you feel better in the long run. Something you can stick to as a long term woe is the key! Sounds like you found low carb happiness.
Congrats!

Joy, I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis too. I did an arthritis walk this morning and one of the sponsors said we should avoid having much protein. Do you find that it bothers you? My regular doctor suggested lean protein for me but didn't specify an amount. Are you on any other medicines? I'm starting lc in the morning, need to lose at least 30 pounds.

Hi Rus, Welcome! I hadn't heard about not eating alot of protien with arthritis....I do eat lean meat as that is what I prefer. I am not on any other medication at the moment...I had to work hard at getting off prednisone (yuk!) I also have autoimmune inner ear disease and it too has settled somewhat on this wol...I hope it continues to behave as I have lost almost all my hearing with it and can't afford to loss any more. I continue to feel great on this woe...I have much less joint pain and am sleeping better. Nice to meet you!

Joy
