| The orange zest would be ok during a strict induction. The poppy seeds should be avoided during the first 2 weeks. Eliminating the seeds will reduce the net carbs for the recipe by 1. The rest of the recipe looks fine for induction.

| My 2 cents................................. I wouldn't do any mixes, bars or shakes of any sort on Induction. They are classic stallers.

| Don't despair! this is a program for life and induction only lasts a short while. You can freeeze your muffins for later on. This is all a learning experience, so try to notice if you continue to feel cravings after eating the bake mix. If you find it "tastes so good" that you want to keep eating more, that could be cravings in disguise. The Atkins company seems to endorse their products for the induction phase whether they go along with the doctor's induction theory or no - the almight dollar, ya know? Wow... they must have reformulated Atkins Bake Mix. It used to be JustGodawful!
