| Hello everyone. I am new to this site. Just found it today actually and it looked very good, so decided to join. I lost 50 pounds last year doing atkins and I was actually at my goal weight this summer BUT I quit smoking. Then I got pregnant. Unfortunately we lost the baby and I now have 21 pounds to lose. I did have 32 pounds to lose but on May 1 I started induction and have lost 11 pounds so far. I didn't see any chat rooms for Atkins dieters on induction. Are there any that would fit my description? |

| First, my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your baby. I can't imagine what that would be like. My DW is pregnant with our second and I try very hard not to think negative thoughts, but... As to the Atkins induction forum, this is probably your best bet. It's a very active site and the support is great. You'll find the people very helpful here and firmy commited to trying to lose weight healthily.

| Welcome. You'll find many people at many different stages on this forum. If you check out the "challenge club" area, I think you'll find groups of people that are inducting, re-inducting, or working their way through OWL, which you're probably close to starting at this point. Hope you'll make yourself at home here!
