Question New to this site but not new to low carb.

Hello everyone. I am new to this site. Just found it today actually and it looked very good, so decided to join. I lost 50 pounds last year doing atkins and I was actually at my goal weight this summer BUT I quit smoking. Then I got pregnant. Unfortunately we lost the baby and I now have 21 pounds to lose. I did have 32 pounds to lose but on May 1 I started induction and have lost 11 pounds so far. I didn't see any chat rooms for Atkins dieters on induction. Are there any that would fit my description?

First, my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your baby. I can't imagine what that would be like. My DW is pregnant with our second and I try very hard not to think negative thoughts, but...

As to the Atkins induction forum, this is probably your best bet. It's a very active site and the support is great. You'll find the people very helpful here and firmy commited to trying to lose weight healthily.

Welcome.

You'll find many people at many different stages on this forum. If you check out the "challenge club" area, I think you'll find groups of people that are inducting, re-inducting, or working their way through OWL, which you're probably close to starting at this point.

Hope you'll make yourself at home here!
