Default Fitday

Hi I am new to this forum and was wondering what fitday is. I have been on the Atkins diet for almost a month and have lost 10 pounds with a goal of 30lbs. I have begun to grow really tired of the same foods all the time. I think i have caused a stall from the breakfast bars. I gave up caffeine completely (two weeks ago) the only diet drink i drink is diet rite (only one can a day). I tried sugar free jello and that caused a stall. I think that my body is craving , but not as intense as when you first start induction. I have increased my water intake to 60-90 ounces per day as well. I also feel the more water that i drink that i am retaining it. I work really strange hours and any ideas on things that are really fast to prepare would be great.

susan-i would be careful with the bars and other lc convienience foods. i've seen them cause more stalls that anything around here. you tend to do better with the more natural foods.

as far as boredom, i highly recommend getting a couple of lc cookbooks. even if you don't end up making a lot of specific recipes in them, they will give you ideas.

you'll find lots of great ideas and help around here, as well as encouragement, so be sure to come back often. good luck to you!
