J, I could be wrong, but I believe that "other carbs" is just the carbs that are naturally part of the food.

How about listing exactly what the label said, so we can figure this out? What brand of cereal? Perhaps they mean what's left after the fiber, sugar and sugar alcohols, which is probably starch, maybe?

yes, what Nita said, LOL. By "naturally", I meant the carbs that occur in the food from it's composition.

I'll have to ask DH I think I threw it away. Your probably right. It was before I decided to do the 2 week induction, and was maintianing my weight. But recently I gained 10 back, after 3 years. To say the least I'm "back". I know I don't have much to loose, but I can't seem to stop gaining, or loose. I've never used support before, this site is great! Thanks for your help! j

By the way, do you know anything about sugar free vanilla frap. from Starbucks. the girl made it with half and half, no coffee, and a little whip cream. Do you think that was o.k.? :>

you can check the Starbucks website for the nutritional information. It's surprisingly complete.

I don't think I've ever seen a designation of "Other Carbs" on a package (meaning the value was not for total carb, fiber, sugar, or sugar alcohol).

What kind of product was it?
