| is soy protein okay for induction? there are no carbs and lots of fiber and protein, so i figured it was okay, but i just wanted to make sure. Thanks!

| Soy protein should be just fine for induction. It's a major component in Maggie's cereal. Look it up and try it. You'll like it. It's a sticky in the Low Carb Cooking section. Whey protein is also good, just check your labels for carbs. |
