today is day 4 of induction, and i feel good until i go to eat something... it is like i am going to be sick if i eat anything... if i don't eat i feel fine... i do get my 3 meals and 1 snack down a day but it is a constant fight everytime i eat..did this happen to anyone?? thanks in advance...

I have had this feeling some times. It's almost like I just have no appetite but I am hungry. I know that night not make sense but to me it does. What helps me is eating more smaller meals. Like I may go home and eat my brussel sprouts or whatever veggies right away and then later have my meat instead of eating everything together. Maybe try 5 little meals instead of 3 regular ones. Of course that's not always possible when working, luckily for me it's not too bad to do at work.

also, denise, it's not unusual for folks to feel sick on induction the first few days, if you're detoxing from a high-sugar diet especially. this is most often gone within 3-5 days, so if this is the issue for you, you are hopefully on the downside.
