| I have had this feeling some times. It's almost like I just have no appetite but I am hungry. I know that night not make sense but to me it does. What helps me is eating more smaller meals. Like I may go home and eat my brussel sprouts or whatever veggies right away and then later have my meat instead of eating everything together. Maybe try 5 little meals instead of 3 regular ones. Of course that's not always possible when working, luckily for me it's not too bad to do at work.

| also, denise, it's not unusual for folks to feel sick on induction the first few days, if you're detoxing from a high-sugar diet especially. this is most often gone within 3-5 days, so if this is the issue for you, you are hopefully on the downside. hang in there and hope you're feeling better soon! |
