| I was just wondering if dunkin donuts iced coffee was okay for induction or any phase of atkins for that matter? They are very good and the flavors are sugar-free.

| Taylor, I just looked at a few of the iced coffees, but I would say NO for induction. They look to have 4 or more carbs. YMMV later on in OWL. Personally, I would make my own iced coffee with sf Davinci's and a dash of real cream. That way you KNOW what you're getting. Just my $.02. Here's their nutrition link: https://www.dunkindonuts.com/aboutus...gory=Beverages HTH Shelley

| During inducton you are supposed to eliminate coffee from your diet. Caffeine supposedly has a bad effect on blood sugar. And coffee does contain carbs. It is really a YMMV (your mileage may vary) situation. If I were to do induction over again I think I would choose not to give up coffee only to avoid caffeine withdrawel on top of sugar withdrawels.
